- American Atheist
- I read this site occasionally. It contains news and information relevant to atheists today.
- Comic Book Movies
- Unlike my taste in books, I don't really have much interest in "intellectual" movies. I have never been a television-watcher. My attention span is very limited with video entertainment. However, I love special effects. The plot can suck as long as something blows up every few scenes. I keep track of the Comic Book Movies site so I don't miss anything cool. Btw…. Transformers was incredible!
- Friendly Atheist
- I read this blog almost every day. I have not posted on it yet (as of 12.23.07). I just enjoy reading the discussions. It also has a lot of great links.
- Hatrack River (OSC)
- This is the home page for science-fiction writer Orson Scott Card. He is one of my favorite fiction writers. I am fascinated by him because he is rather conservative in his personal views. He is also religious. Most of the time I would find those two things big turn-offs. I might read the stories but I probably wouldn't read the non-fiction. And yet I do read it. I read almost everything he writes. I frequently disagree with him but I usually find his opinions well considered and interesting.
- Sundance Glass
- This site has great products and information about glass art.
- Unlikely Stories
- I found this blog while I was researching Malevil by Robert Merle. I liked the analysis of Malevil v/s Post-apocalyptic fiction written in English.
